The hotel was located adjacent to France. The personnel was very, very nice and really helpful, and the host too. The location was peaceful and excellent - an easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. It also was in the middle of the city.

The room at La Vie Autrement was awesome! It had a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, perfect for preparing quick meals. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch too, great for relaxing after a long day of exploring. I felt right at home as a budget traveler.
Personally, I found the tile/marble floor in the double room a bit cold. But hey, that's just my preference, some might actually enjoy it.
